I don't have the longest legs in the world and the 5" leg works well for shorter legged folks. Much more flattering. They work well in the gym too. Material seems to be of good quality and the stitching should last. These fit me much better than long board shorts which honestly make me look like a cholo. Patterns can be hit or miss but there are some great choices. They gray camo is fire!
