When I have the time I like to make fun lunches for my wife and son, and this seemed like a good way to make to do just that.The press for the rice balls worked great, you definitely need to fill them to make nice spheres, but if you don't add enough you can just add a little more and do it again. I found that the top part can rotate side to side, which was very useful when removing. Instructions included on the package were very helpful (note it is on the back and inside). I have not yet used the nori face punches, but they feel very solid (and heavy) and I don't expect them to have any problems (will update if this turns out to not be the case).It's a decent price for a good product, recommend.

I am happy with my purchase. The material is non-stick, easy to clean, durable and flexible for both pressing and popping the rice out. Not sure why the description tells you to shake it since the rice is pressed into shape.Surprise September looks to be a good little outfit with responsive and respectful customer support.
