Picture is misleading, the ball joints are not gnarled like the pic shows. Too early to say how they perform but they did fit as they should into the Dana30 front axle of my 01 jeep grand Cherokee. Gave 5 star for the price, shipping speed and fitment. Will change if I develop early wear.

I installed the ball joints on my 2013 JK but I had to remove them and send them back. I was having a strange problem. When I would tighten the bottom nut the top ball joint would bind. I don't know what the problem was. Maybe defective set I don't know. I replaced them with a different set and they work perfectly.

Lower ball joints zerk fitting did not work on my 2018 Jeep JK. The front axle u-joints would hit the zerk fittings. Had to order & install low profile zerk fittings. Other than that ball joints went in as normal.You will need to purchase a 90 degree needle nose grease fitting for your grease gun to service the lower ball joints with the low profile zerk fitting.
