I can't believe i spent $250 for a tail cover but this fits the Gen 3 I have the purplish blue one not the matte blue and the colors match absolutely perfect also I am kind of upset that the Hayabusa logo in the front is not vinyl it's all plastic but it is hollow inside so you can store more stuff but it does come with screws some bushings that you got to replace your current bushings if you have a passenger bar
