The flutes/recorders are strong plastic, great color, and easy to play. The case is nice but has never been used here.

She's 20months old and loves it. She doesn't pay attention to the finger holes, but she makes sounds and it makes her happy to play.

My 1st and 2nd grade student love playing the recorder. Teaching a child how to read music is a wonderful thing. I will continue to pursue the art with my students.

Plays great and easy to find the fingering, my 8 year old learned it quickly. But we found out within 6 weeks it is breakable, kids will probably break it before long. Get a backup too if you are using for lessons, it's cheap enough

Although I've been playing recorder seriously for 25 years, I still love playing these precorders! And Suzuki's quality is always top notch.
