SW4 Earbuds Dongle/Bluetooth Dual Connection Guide
- Remove the red protective film Before using the earbuds for the first time, make sure to remove the red protective film between the earbuds and the charging case. After removing the film, place the earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then reopen it to power on the earbuds.
- Connect the Dongle: Insert the USB-C dongle into your device. Once the dongle is successfully paired with the earbuds, the light on the dongle will turn solid, indicating a successful connection.
- No Sound Output(Dongle Flashing): Press and hold the touch button on either earbud for 2 seconds to ensure the earbuds are in dongle mode, not Bluetooth mode.
- No Sound Output(Dongle Steady): Check the sound settings on your device. Ensure that "SW4" is selected as the audio output device as well as the microphone audio input device.
- Connecting to a Bluetooth Device: Pair the SW4 in your device’s Bluetooth settings, and remember to press and hold the touch button on one earbud for 2 seconds to switch the earbuds to Bluetooth mode.
- Mute/Unmute Microphone: Triple-tap the touch control button on either earbud.

After one week of use, right ear bud would no longer charge and hasn't worked since. Audio is good for about 30 mins, then begins transitioning to highly fuzzy feedback. Those who hear my audio describe it as sounding like I'm at the end of a long hallway and can barely hear me.

Pros:* I love being able to mute my mic remotely. My use case was being on conference calls while working from home. There would be long stretches where I wasn't speaking and not on cam, so I would walk away to get a drink of water. While I was away from my desk, if someone were to call on me about something, I could unmute remotely, say my piece, then go back to mute. These were the only reasonably priced earbuds I could find online that had that functionality.* I like being able to pair to a bluetooth device as well as to the dongle. This means that I would switch between my laptop and my iphone without needing a separate pair of earbuds.Cons:* As much as I liked being able to be paired to two devices at once, switching between them is cumbersome. I would have to take the earbuds out, put them back in the case, close it, remove the dongle from my laptop, open the case, double-click the function button, then connect to my phone. I would love a more seamless transition* I found that on occasion, the earbuds would not turn off properly. They would be in the case in my backpack, and I would have my phone connected to another bluetooth speaker. Then, out of nowhere, the earbuds would connect to my phone, and the audio coming out of my external speaker would stop. When I looked at the phone, sure enough, the SW4 were selected as the output device, so I would have to switch back. Not great while I'm listening to a good song, or a compelling podast.

I have had my earbuds for well over a year now. I use them for work and my only complaint is really the microphone quality. It can be a bit quiet if they aren't both in your ears and positioned just right. The workaround I have is I use a cheap standalone mic when I have to actually speak. Other than that everything else is great, the sound quality and low latency are perfect for the price compared to other high end gaming earbuds. I have no issues with connectivity whatsoever and when I sign off from work for the day, the earbuds will automatically connect to my phone without hassle. I'm sure comfort may vary from person to person but these are pretty comfy for being in-ear earbuds as well. I usually have issues with the rubber fittings being too big on other earbuds I have purchased in the past but I can wear these for hours without having them fall out unexpectedly or cause discomfort. I definitely recommend these over other high priced gaming branded earbuds. Plus, the company is very feedback oriented and have reached out to me a few times for constructive feedback (not just an automated survey, a real person has reached out and talked to me).

Technically speaking, the speakers and microphone work just fine. However, a programming/design flaw makes them not ideal for office working.While you're wearing them, if no audio is being played the earbuds will go into a sort of sleep mode (I assume this is to help conserve battery life), but you will not be aware of this as there is no indication. Then once the earbuds recognize that audio is being played, they will "wake up" so to speak and start playing it to you. However, there is about a 1-2 second delay in its reactivation.For notification chimes that are typically 1 sec or less, such as when you get a Teams message or a new email, this is a problem. By the time the earbuds have reactivated to play you the audio, the notification chime has already ended, and you won't hear it.If you have something already playing that's keeping the earbuds active, such as music, then you'll hear the chimes just fine (which is how I discovered this). But if not, then you may miss a lot of notifications and be getting emails without realizing it. And just like I was for a while, not knowing this may have you thinking the earbuds aren't working or that something is off in your settings.

Producto bastante bueno, diseño muy cómodo y la batería le dura bastante aprox. 5hrs de uso continuo y un poco mas de 3 cargas de la base, sin duda una buena compra para los gamers, ya que el dongle ayuda bastante y las latencias son muy bajas para ser un producto Bluetooth. Lo recomiendo, no son pesados, pero, tampoco ligeros, no lastiman y el sonido es bastante fuerte, falta un poquito mas de graves.

Llegaron hace 3 días el envío fue bastante rápido y no hubo problemas con este. Los audífonos en sí son bastante comodos pero hay que usarlos para aflojarlos y sí son algo pesados aunque no como otras marcas.El sonido es muy bueno y sí cancelan la mayoría de los sonidos externos aunque depende de que tan cerca este la fuente.

I bought it for my kids 20 days before and got it quickly.After my kids played it these days, they told me it was great.It is comfortable to wear and it fits their heads well by adjusting the size.The sound is high quality and the mic the light works great.It is highly recommended.
