After about 8-9 months of continual use the ball we had a cosmetic issue with the ball. The folks at Swell customer service went above and beyond to address the issue. I would highly recommend the Swell fenders. The fenders perform fantastic and the company support is outstanding.

These are not even one year old and they have a sticky film slick mostly around the water line. This film transfers to the boat and is a pain to get off. I tried to contact customer service but they never responded. I also have a set of Lake Country bumpers bought around the same time exposed to the same environment, no issues with them. Would not buy again but if Swell wants to send me 2 replacement Blue color I will retry them and if they fair better I will revise this review.Edit 5/14/24: I was contacted by customer service, my original reach out was lost in an email mixup. They are sending out replacements and I will send them back the sticky balls for autopsy. Revised to 5 stars. If the new ones fair well, I will report back.

These bumpers worked great for our tie up at the Nautique Regatta, even when we had other boats rolling by creating wakes for us. Very sturdy and strong. Way more substantial than the kids hopping balls you can buy on here.

Not a bad product but very poor instructions. Why can't sellers take the time to instruct buyers properly. Very disappointing.

I am not using this for it’s usual purpose. I’m using it as an above ground pool cover support. I grew tired of buying the vinyl cover pillows that usually deflated sometime during the winter.This is working great and if it survives the winter I’m getting two more to use together to create a large cover support next winter.
