Our pool is closed for the year, we'll know better next season if this stuff fits and doesn't leak.

This is the third one of these I've had to replace. You have to tighten it pretty well to make sure it seals, and then almost break it off to unscrew it. No more. I've removed it after breaking another one yet again, and took out the whole chlorinator. There's a float in the pool now. No more issues.

Fit fine on my chlorinator. The oring is an issue. It swelled after being installed for 3 weeks. Should have lasted the season. Now I need a new oring but you can't buy it seperately.

Perfect fit and saved me about $50

Proline stopped supplying parts or at least I could not find any OEM proline parts but this worked well. My lid had been degraded from multiple seasons of chlorine and it leaked. I had tried just replacing the o-ring but I was not able to stop the leak until I switched the lid as well as the o-ring.

Fit my tank exactly. I used silicone grease on the O-ring and tank threads and it's easy to get on and off to check and add more tabs. No leaks.

This was a perfect fit, sealed clorinator. The origional lid developed a crack after 4 years, this is as good as oem. Just remember, it is plastic and is in constant contact with corrosive chlorine, it will not last forever and will have to be replaced. It is not cheap plastic, it is oem quality, treat it well and it will last. Seems a bit expensive, maybe just worth replacing the entire unit, but I just went with this to save some $$.

Great back-up part for our inline chlorinator. If you own a pool, it is good to have back up parts because if something happens, the pool cannot operate and during the season, not good to have the filter and pump off for any number of days.
