I use these earplugs about four times a week and they always hold up in the water. However, once in a while, they do tend to come a little loose. The second pair that came with it was actually very small and did not work at all overall it’s a great earplug for the price.

Let me start by saying these are great ear plugs for swimming and they keep the water out of your ears. I love them and have found them to be significantly more comfortable than other swim ear plugs that go too deep in the ears. That said, I am a female and needed the “men’s” size and I don’t have big ear canals. Actually for both women and men’s, they send two pairs of ear plugs that are slightly different sizes. I think that the large women’s is the same as the small pair for men’s. I use the large men’s and they fit well, stay in, but don’t feel like they are going to get stuck too far down. I recommend these, just know the sizes vary based on your ear size and shape, not on gender in my experience.

I felt this review needed to be said as I've used various swimming plugs and normally swim between 100 and 150 laps a session and I must say that these orange ear plugs are amazing they're so small but so efficient and they go in the air you don't feel them at all the sound is great from my headset as well and overall a fantastic product. I don't mind the zoggs but I must say I prefer these to be really honest. They're just so light so intrusive and just really comfortable to wear in fact as other reviews have said you don't even notice you've got them in your ear they're that good
