When I first tried these gloves on, they were such a tight fit. I didn’t think I was going to like them after the second time that I wore them I realize what a workout your arms get from them. The resistance is great. Depending on the exercise or the movement, you can actually get resistance in your core, your lower arms, your upper arms I really like them

My sons got great use out of these in the pool this summer. It took a little wiggling to get them on especially when wet but once they are on they worked really well. Something fun and different for the kids.

These do increase your speed, but they can be a bit hard to get on and off. My brother bought some cheaper paddles that are made of hard plastic and they propel me much faster and are a lot easier to get on and off. So these are good, but not the best.

Love the water resistance. If you use them while following a video you will need to cut tip of an index finger open so you can use the screen on your electronic device. The screen doesn't register touch with the glove on. They still work well with one fingertip opened to expose finger.

I’m not a lap swimmer, but I regularly go to a “social pool” where I enjoy doing a lazy breaststroke. I like how these propel me through the water. Having them on definitely offers more resistance & therefore work for my shoulder & trapezius muscles.

Looking for additional ways to work out in the pool, I stumbled across these gloves. I ordered the red, they came quickly, and they were easy to put on. I was surprised though that they’re bright pink, not red. I usually spend about 20-25 mins in the pool, and with these I was tired in 15. Definitely worth the boost, and I think if I order again I’ll get the blue so I can get some green ones.

They are tight but they have to be. Just put them on with water inside them and then squeeze the water out. They work great.

These go on easy when in the water and come off easy. Good resistance in the water and light weight. Easy to bend fingers
