Overall I really like it. Easy to install, looks good, and seems durable (held up well while installing the tile above it). The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I don't really like the fit of the drain cover. I can see the drain on the edges and I think hair could get into the drain around it.

The item I ordered was as described and just what I was looking for, the quality is superb! Initially I was discouraged having received two orders back to back that were damaged in shipment. The third order was the charm! Item arrived undamaged even though the box was demolished. I believe it is a contest among shipping companies to see how badly they can damage something before delivering it to the customer. I feel bad for the vendor because they sent out a perfect item, not their fault the shipping company destroyed it. I can't say enough good about the vendor and about Amazon for making it right.
