Please be aware that if your katana has a large tsuka (handle) if may struggle to fit on the stand like mine did. To resolve this I simply moved one of the brackets slightly forward to make it fit. Although this is not ideal it did solve the issue and is likely a problem with my katana and not the product itself. Overall happy with the product and looks really good on my wall.

Für den Preis findet man bessere Halter.Die Schrauben welche mitgeliefert werden sind viel zu klein, man muss entweder kreative werden oder andere Schrauben besorgen.Für den ganzen Aufwand lohnt es sich nicht.

I bought this not knowing a lot about the product so maybe it's common knowledge to others how to assemble, but the lack of instructions included is frustrating. The only instructions including were that you have to peel off the protective layer. Also I was a bit confused why one side isn't painted black like the other. I went back to the product listing & saw the assembly process but also confirm that it's supposed to be black on both side. Weird. Anyways, I'll keep it for a cheaper sword but will not be using it for the one I initially bought it for. Got what I paid for?

The hardware sent with this is TERRIBLE, it does not work correctly, I had to go out and buy the correct hardware to properly hang this and it didn't even last a week. The sword I was attempting to hang is less then 5lbs as it is not a real sword and it STILL BROKE!! Would not recommend to anyone!

Wall mount works great. This is my second one in a month. Both swords mounted and looks good. A lot of reviews complain about lack of clearance from the wall, but as you can see in my pics, it’s easy to offset the acrylic as much as half inch off the wall. Leaves more than enough room for the guard on both my swords. Will be buying a third soon.
