It’s crap. The round thing the mop head is supposed to fit into is way too small. It is not standard size. After dealing with it for a half hour I’m turning it in and getting my money back. Do not buy this. It’s pure aggravation and crap. I have owned a spin mop for the last eight years and this is the first one that I’ve ran across that is not the standard size. Crap crap crap crap crap

When they switched from metal rivets to plastic, they created a situation that created the need for more frequent replacement. I frequently use the mops due to having multiple dogs to clean up after. The plastic screws or rivets break in no time. This used to be an excellent mop. What happened to quality control, folks?

Loved using this mop as it was easy to use and didn't leave the floor a wet swamp. The plastic mechanism that attached the handle to the mop head broke. Didn't feel like spending almost as much for a replacement handle as I did for the whole mop and bucket. Bought an O Cedar instead which seems better constructed.
