Each Timer comes with an easy-to-read manual to walk you through the process. The Synergee Premium Interval Timer comes with one remote (batteries not included) with a 60 ft range. Extra remotes can be purchased separately. Our Large and Medium timers plug into a 120 V/NEMA-5 socket (i.e., common North American socket) and include wall mounts. The Small timer does not come with a remote, as all functions are built directly into the timer itself. It also features a built-in magnet, allowing it to be mounted wirelessly anywhere in your gym.

I miss this clock. It stopped working after 42 months of good use. I made the mistake of buying a different brand that was cheaper and would arrive quicker. This clock at least let's you know what round you are on while doing intervals. May have to purchase again.

This is a great gym timer however the remote stopped working and I can not seem to get a replacement. If the company sees this comment please let me know how to get a new remote. I looked on the website and it states that the remote is out of stock....ugh.

I love and hate this timer!! Love it because it is so functional and keeps you on track! Hate it because this timer won’t let me cheat!!! Lol

We purchased this late November in 2020 and started using it in January of 2021 (I bought it as a Christmas present). It died in June 2022 after 18 months of intermittent use. First, the timer stopped making noise, and a month later it stopped keeping any time.It works really well, but an 18 month life isn’t great.

Was working great, and then stopped working after five months. Contacted the company and tried the trouble shooting, afterwards they shipped a new one. So, changing from 1 star to 4 stars to reflect this.

i bought this as a gift for my gym. i followed reviews because a few mentioned the sound was loud and that’s what i was looking for. IT IS SO DAMN QUIET for martial arts! we never know when the round is over or we miss the beginning of the rounds because just with our voices and background music we hear absolutely nothing!!! i wasted so much money on this useless thing and couldn’t return it since it took us all a while to figure it out... total waste.

Perfect Size. Arrived in 24 hours. Has all the functions you need – Tabata, up/down count, emom. Buzzer is loud and remote is easy to use. Comes with everything required to mount it. Shipping, setting it up, and learning how to use it all took no time at all.
