Nice shirt but material needs to be softer for women and tab collar needs to be smaller.

As a minister who is fighting a lot of temperature changes, I ordered these in every color available with so much hope. They have elastic bands to hold the chest down behind your arms, and an adjustable waist band. The hiccup is the velcro adjustable collar, which looks good on the front, but is only the band in the back, no fabric below the collar like a dickie/Janie. And that's my only issue with these. You have to wear a high collared jacket or sweater, + something under it to prevent the velcro from scratching up your neck.

Well made item. I bought black and white. Easily adjusts all around. Value for the money can't be beat.
