The regular taco 007 is just as good if not better for the price 300 vs 150. I have baseboard heating in the basement and radiators in the upstairs 2 floors. The house is 80 yrs old with rust in the old pipes so the taco is recirculating rusty water in the baseboard I get 2/3 yrs out of one the most.

Perfect replacement. Quiet and easy to install. Paired it with a kasa plug to put on a schedule. I did have to move the power cord from the old one to this one but that only took a few minutes.

I purchased this pump and installed it. It had very weak flow but seamed to do the job for about 2 weeks then failed. I've been waiting for 2 months for a warranty return. I purchased the same exact pump and it is working perfectly now. Customer service is very slow.

Everything needed was provided. Once I wired in the powe cord and determined the impeller direction of rotation was correct, everything fell into place. I don’t recall the item description stated the square cut gaskets for each flange are provided, but I was happy to see them both included. An easy DIY project!

Purchased this to replace my old unit which failed after 15 years of service. Basically, plug and play with just 2 bolts to tighten and no issues. The price and quality are both reasonable.

Fit perfectly. Quiet operation. Runs at 160F at motor body but that was expected. Includes 2 gaskets but you’ll need to purchase flanges.

My 7 year old Armstrong hot water recirculating pump died - shredding the impeller into thousands of tiny pieces - which found its way into every Moen posi-temp cartridge in all four of our showers - and into all of the faucet aerators throughout the house. I originally purchased a Watts pump from Lowes, but it would not allow for a horizontal mount - and required installation directly to the hot water connection on the water heater. My old pump was located after all of the fixtures - just before the return connection into the drain valve of our first water heater. The Watts pump would not work, because it was not connected after the last fixture. After some research, I found the Taco pumps and decided on the 007-SF5. I had a little trouble locating the Taco flanged cut-off valves, but was finally able to find the correct ones. Everything installed easily and the pump is nearly silent. My family is very happy to have instant hot water again - with good water pressure. I decided to purchase a spare motor - about $75 or so, in case this motor fails. I also purchased a Rusco Spin-Down Hot Water Filter that I am going to install on the hot water line to prevent debris from entering the faucets or shower cartridges in the future.
