I bought this hoodie as an early birthday gift for my husband. She loved it, it looked very nice, well made, very comfortable and warm. I also bought a couple of Christmas gifts for my family, which I know they will love too. My husband didn't care about the straps hanging in the front, he thought they were meant to wrap the hoodie and put it in the car. So, he just cut them off, which didn't change the look of the hoodie.
