Not sure who was saying they run big, but if you are a woman with hips, they definitely run small. My suggested size was a small. I got a medium and small because everyone said they ran large. I can barely squeeze into the medium. The strings are also very short and don’t allow the waist to expand without loosing the strings in the pants

I take large in regular blue scrubs so that's what I ordered,and it fit well.Large was suggested to fit do to past orders of clothing.As far as product it was acceptional well made durable and precise.

True to size. Ripstop fatigue material. Very cool. I'm buying as many as I can. Rare to find Men's scrubs that fit and allow for comfort and movement.
