It dies have 3 holes as described, but they don’t match the mounting screws for the alien gear holster. Tried getting creative and fabricating it to work but would up destroying it instead, now I can’t return it either, that part is my fault though.

The plastic on the back of the TQ holster broke off the first few hours that I used it.

Once assembled, seems to be a good-quality setup. With that said...it was a pain to assemble. The frame and tourniquet holder are assembled. The Chicago screws have to be inserted from inside the tourniquet holder to mount on the frame. I finally used a pair of forceps to hold the screws inside and connect the holder to the frame. An absolute pain. If half of the Chicago screw was mounted in the tourniquet holder, assembly would have been a breeze. I spent well over an hour struggling with this. But once completed, it does seem like a good setup.

Does not fit a black hawk serpa. Will be returning.UPDATE: After being a little more patient I got it mounted after messing with it in more angles. Would’ve been nice if it was a direct fit that’s why I took a star away from the 5 but other than that, it still worked, seems to be solid so far.
