Runs a little small so order at least one size larger than you'd normally wear. I'm wearing mine as mid-layer and keeps me warm.

My 15 year old lightweight windbreaker jacket wore out (zipper issues and tore), so I got this TAVASEN men’s lightweight fleece lined softshell waterproof windproof warm jacket. Using the TAVASEN Size Chart, I should have gotten a Small size, instead I got the XL size because my shoulders are broad. The Chart shows that the XL size is for a 50.4 inch bust and a 48 inch waist and I have a 44 inch bust and a 34 inch waist, and I am glad I got the XL size. Even with the XL size, I can feel the jacket’s spandex flex when I hug my wife; I think this is due to my broad shoulders. I would recommend measuring a bust length of a jacket you already have and that fits you well and compare it with the TAVASEN Size Chart.The outer portion of this TAVASEN is 92% polyester and 8% spandex, and it is very flexible (probably due to the spandex). The inner “fleece lined” is 100% polyester and it does have a nice fleece texture. The jacket is very well made. I my opinion quality of the zippers are very important for any jacket. The zippers on this TAVASEN jacket appear to be good and are as depicted in the images in this listing; they are not the bigger robust type of zippers. The jacket itself is not exactly lightweight as advertised, but it is not very heavy jacket either, I would say a medium weight or somewhat less than that. It is comfortable and warm.Here is the review ranking basis that I have adopted:⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, it has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

I recently purchased the Men's Fleece Softshell Jacket, and I’m very impressed with it. The color is exactly what I was hoping for, and it looks great. The jacket is lightweight and incredibly comfortable, making it perfect for layering without feeling bulky. Despite its lighter weight, the fleece lining does a great job of retaining heat, keeping me warm even in cooler temperatures. It’s also waterproof, which adds extra value for unpredictable weather. Overall, it’s a fantastic jacket that combines style, comfort, and functionality. Highly recommended!

My husband looks very nice in this jacket. It's a nice quality men's jacket. It fits true to size a very flattering. Great value. It has ample pockets and a sinch waist.

I like the jacket. Fit is a little snug so you may want to order a size up if you want to wear any layers underneath. It's warm but not as warm as I hoped it would be so I still need to wear something under it to keep warm, it's pretty lightweight. The jacket is very comfortable to wear and fits well although a little snug as I said before. Gave it four stars for not being as warm as I thought it would be.

This TAVASEN fleece lined, softshell jacket is a very nice item and the XL size that I ordered fits me quite well---if anything, it runs slightly on the larger side, imho. in which I'm personally fine with. Although I have yet to get a lot of wear out of this jacket, I really like the material, which is designed to reduce/block the effects of the wind (the sleeve cuffs and the waistline can each be tightened or loosened, as well, to assist with blocking the wind/rain), and the jacket has been treated to repel water, which I know it does to a certain degree, but I have yet to have an opportunity to put it to a "good rainy day test", as of yet.With the fleece lining, this jacket will be warm enough, at least for me, during the majority of the winter, especially considering that it blocks/reduces the wind, as well as its water repelling ability, while at the same time remaining not too warm for many calmer and not so cold days---it does have some breathability to it, also. The jackets zippers (the jacket closure and side pockets are zippered) all work very smoothly, the side/hand pockets have plenty of room, imho, and the inner fleece pockets (one on each side of the jacket), are quite roomy and handy---it's nice having two of them!In conclusion, I am pleased and satisfied with this TAVASEN lightweight, softshell jacket, and I'm looking forward to getting what I hope will be a lot of future wear out of---recommended!Please see my pics of this jacket for a number of good visuals.

My only gripe is that it's not Army Green. Closer to a lime green, than OD. Doesn't really match any of my OD stuff. Other than that, it's well made and comfortable. I like the look and feel, and it's a good jacket. Going to call this one 4 stars.
