Comfort is good. The valley for the money is good. The quality is good. It runs a bit big is my only issue.

These are a good purchase. As it has been a while since I had done martial arts I got blisters for kicking the bags. Having these have help protect the top of my feet until my blisters heal and I can build calluses and not worry so much about the injuries. Only down side is there are no instructions on how to clean or care for them. Also it is important to read the sizing chart as I would have ordered a smaller size not realizing that a 10.5 US is actually an XXL

I bought for my son to use in Taekwondo, unfortunately they did not fit, he is a size 12 in shoe and has a wide foot. But they look like great quality.

I use these for Taekwondo. The goofy red Taekwondo shoes by themselves were uncomfortable on the bottom and they didn't provide enough protection to the top of my foot for kicks. These take care of both problems. I wear a women's 8.5 in running shoes, and the medium fits great.
