Powered with 12V, no load, correctly with positive and negative, it blew a fuse. Took out of vehicle, hooked up to bench power, it immediately got hot, and let out a pop. Opened to find nothing could be looked at circuit wise, is completely potted. You can see a small burn mark at the top of the image. Bought two of them, both did the exact same thing.
