Product was great when installed; stopped working/got too weak to actuate tailgate release after two months. Outside of refund window :(

This fit perfectly in my 2017 Ford F-150 Lariat and fixed the problem where the old actuator would not release the tailgate.

This part fit perfectly in my 2017 - F150 tailgate. It was easy to install and works perfectly so far as a replacement for the problematic one that was in my truck. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase this again… time will tell how long it lasts and how long it will work for, but so far I have had no issues and I can use my key fob to unlock my tailgate again. I will update my review should I run into any issues With this product.
