Had an issue with it not working via the trailer plug in. Contacted seller, great communication. They had me check several times on the installation process, each time adding something else to check. They asked for my make and model, when I gave it to them, there answer was, it's not compatible with the plug and would need to be installed via a wiring harness....which I should have professionally installed. All I can say is ....buyer beware. Dont expect it to work on your truck.They did offer 10% back for my hassle which I did not accept.

Was really impressed with this light. It was simple to install. Plugged right into my trailer connector on the tow hitch. The only thing I would say they could improve upon would be the connection in the middle of the two light bars. It was really loose and had a lot of play in it. Other than that I love it.

The tailgate LED light bar was the correct one for my 2019 RAM 1500, it fitted correctly and is visible stunning looking at great item.

This is a very eye-catching tailgate strip, in a nice aluminum casing. It is super bright. I had to apply this to a slightly curved surface so it took some extra care, and a couple of c clamps to hold it to the surface while the VHB tape bonded. The sequential turn signal and hazard flashing is top notch, looks awesome. Brake and running light function great. I did not hook up the reverse white as I find too much reverse light a bit obnoxious. Overall super pleased with this, it's a step up in quality and looks from most options. Highly recommend.
