The quality of this tailgate pad is fair. It wasn't bad, definitely adequate for what it does. The design is also pretty great. The pockets are perfect and well laid out and them just being there add a lot of convenience. They can hold a bunch of tools and stuff so that they're always with the bikes when you go out cycling.My only real complaint is that the straps were too short. I have a mountain bike and it just barely fit. I suspect if you have an e-bike or even a mountain bike with a very large frame, it won't fit. It wasn't just the straps to hold the bike on that were short. This was put on a full sized Silverado and it just barely fit. Trying to get the straps through the tailgate was also quite a difficult task. Honestly, if they made all of the straps a couple of inches longer, this pad would be so much easier to use and likely get five stars.
