I didn't get this shirt because it is a compression shirt necessarily. I got it to wear as an undershirt for coaching spring baseball. It certainly compresses and after getting used to the sensation of being compressed it is comfortable enough to wear for hours. It is made of durable materiel and the lower half of the shirt is much thicker materiel for the compression of the belly area. I typically wear and XL shirt size and this fit as one would expect and XL compression shirt to fit. If I were to drop a coin down the neck of this shirt it would not come out the bottom until the shirt is taken off.

Having just lost a significant amount of weight, I now have a lot of loose skin and I’ve been looking for compression wear to help provide a little support and this shirt is a start.On the ordering page, Amazon suggested based on my previous purchases that a 2XL should be my size so that's what I ordered.The shirt is made of a heavier compression material than many of the other shirts I’ve worn and has a reinforced mid-section for extra support; however, this section stops right at about my belly button. There is another segment below this which makes this shirt have a longer length which is nice, but for me, I would have preferred this extra support carried through the entire length. You can see the tummy support in the picture.Regarding the fit, the size suggestion was correct for my fit (I’m 5’10” 245 pounds) and it does provide light support - keeping me somewhat “tucked in” I’m not quite sure if a smaller size would be correct as the shoulders and arms would too small but the amount of support would be more. Perhaps I’m between sizes. I will be looking for similar products in a sleeveless version.I give this four stars and would buy it again.

My husband isn’t super happy with this compression shirt. He’s a medium and he ordered a medium. He found that the tightness made it too uncomfortable while the shirt didn’t seem to do much for him in terms of compressing. So, he felt that the discomfort wasn’t quite worth it for him. Based on other reviews though, perhaps this works better for larger sizes!

This is a very supportive compression t-shirt. Great compression around the chest and especially around the belly. Comfortable for all day wear and helps with my posture. I am certainly pleased with this Tailong compression shirt.I would normally order shirts in a size XL, although looking at the enclosed sizing chart I went down to a size large. I am happy that I did so as it gives me a very snug compression fit. I suspect the XL might have worked, but it wouldn’t have been as supportive.

This shirt is extremely firm with excellent compression on your entire body. If you are looking to firm up some saggy spots on your body this shirt will do the trick. I am usually a 4XL and ordered a 3XL which felt super tight when I first put it on but was able to wear it all day and after a while wasn't even aware that I was wearing it. I am currently undergoing Physical Therapy for should surgery and was able to do PT while wearing the shirt as an under shirt. There is a seem that runs across the chest just below the nipples that was not visible when wearing a shirt over this compression shirt. All in all I would recommend this shirt to help you feel a lot less jiggly!
