This is a pretty good little kit for woodworkers. It has a lot of the pieces you would need to put together some good pieces. The inserts are well made. The threads are nice and the bolts screw into them without any issues. The selection of bolts is the only thing I'd say could be improved. They only have 2 lengths. Not a big issue, but some longer bolts would have been nice.

They were upfront about the inserts not being stainless, so I have to give them 5 stars for doing what they said and doing it well. I appreciate that stainless bolts because sometimes you just need that reliability. Does no one make stainless inserts?Anyway, they come in a nice plastic case (flexible plastic, not the brittle kind) and the case has an actual latch, not a wimpy plastic flap. Because the lid fits down over 1/4 inch of the case, there is little chance of any pieces falling out. In addition, they thoughtfully put all the washers (which are very narrow and some sure seem more narrow than the others) in a little zip lock bag. The inclusion of a hex wrench is a nice touch.
