They work fine, I do believe that they are a little expensive for what you get.

I like the blades, they are just as advertised. I like the razor on one side and serrated edge on the back side. However, if you take them out of the plastic-on-carboard packaging, they are just loose razors. The knife kit originally came with blades inside hard plastic envelopes so they were much more safe to handle.I opened the first extra pack of "bushcraft" blades and discovered this problem. Now I leave the blades in the packaging until needed. I have slit the packaging to be just bigger than each blade. That way they can fit in the folding case without being dangerous.One question I had was the exact nature of the blade with length measurements .... it is serrated and sharp, as I would want.
