Used the product as said to. First time came out blurry. Second time when I sprayed the applicator on the film. It just came apart in the water.I called customer support and had to leave a message due to no answer. Never got a call back. Emailed twice to see what the problem was. Never hit a response back.Beware....once they get your money. Your done with them in getting any response of help.

Well this was fun. Great kit and it came out looking good. If you have not used film to hydro dip before, practice before you dip your favorite item, or put ear plugs in the kids ears.
