My 2013 Ford Escape 4.2" screen gave up the ghost. That meant I couldn't see the odometer. I took the car to the dealer and that was a wasted trip. I am not a mechanic. Far from it. I got on the Tanin website and chatted with a rep. The 2013 has one of two types of screens. They helped me get the right unit the first time and the two videos they have, each less than 5 minutes, made the removal of the old screen and installation of the new screen a breeze. The unit is manufactured in China (they all are, including the factory original based on my replacement looking identical as the original). It may seem like the unit is "expensive" compared to other units but keep in mind that : 1) this is a new unit (not a refurbished) and Tanin sees it before you do for quality control 2) Tanin stands behind their products and are based in Minnesota. Delivery was fast and packaging protected the unit. 3) old odometer mileage pops up on the new screen without any needed recalibration 4) this is a full color unit with resolution the same as the original 5) Customer service really is. That was a big help.Like I said - I'm not a mechanic. It took less than 30 minutes to remove, replace, and reinstall the new screen. The "higher" price is easily justified for me since the dealer wanted $250 to even start troubleshooting for what was needed. The less that $50 difference between the Tanin unit and others is a cheap peace of mind that I got the unit I needed the first time, it was the same as the original equipment, and I'm confident with Tanin's business philosophy I won't have to replacement it again in a year (instead of 11 years). That was well worth it.

This is a perfect fit for my 2016 Ford Escape. Be extra careful when installing the ribbon cable, overall easy install.

Worked great, the original cluster screen on my 2014 Escape was glitching on and off and I ordered this to replace it. The swap took about 10 minutes and everything worked perfectly. The mileage remains the same as it was pre-swap since it's only a screen replacement and not a full cluster replacement. The screen has all the same menus and interface and still works with the controls on the steering wheel. A great video on YouTube will show you exactly how to install it (search: 2011 - 2018 Ford Focus Gauge Cluster LCD Screen Repair-Fix it Bongbong). Very easy and can save you a ton compared to the dealer price!

item came well packaged. Easy to install. Fit and worked perfectly. Doing it myself instead of taking it to a dealership saved me hundreds of dollars. Instillation tutorial videos on youtube.

The product is excellent. It's working like the original one so far, but what impressed me the most was the great customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong screen, I could't comunicate with the company through Amazon and I went directly through their site and they solved my problem right away. I was very pleased.Totally recommended!

I don't often review products, but I was very happy with the way this purchase worked out. A few youtube clips, two tools, and bingo bango, fixed. Would highly recommend buying this item and doing the work yourself. Ford dealership was going to charge me a lot of money.

I don't write reviews often. I was skeptical over this product. After a $700 estimate from the dealer and the other alternative was buying a used cluster out of the junk yard both concerning me, I figured I would take a $90 gamble and order this.Easy to install. Two 7mm bolts and 4 small torx screws it took less than 15 minutes to install.If you are concerned about doing it yourself your mechanic should not charge more than an hour labor to do it.It fixed my 2014 Ford Escape blank screen.
