These work awesome. I am an art teacher and have had my eye on them for awhile but also struggle because I want kids to know how to use a glue bottle correctly. After buying one to test it out with my son, I think I will be ordering a class set of them for my kids at school! I will still probably have a set of glue bottles with regular lids for projects when you need more than a dot but for small cut and gluing projects these are awesome!

Yes, a class set is an investment. But just how much do you hate glue puddles? These do not get glued closed when students forget to close the glue (they do not have to close it!). Making a glue puddle is nearly impossible. I love these!

My three year old makes huge glue messes so I hoped this would help. It would work fine if she only pushed down on the glue top like intended but she also squeezes while she pushes down getting just as much glue as usual. She's special needs so telling her not to squeeze won't really work. Not sure if other younger kids would listen either because the dots that come out aren't very much glue so you end up squeezing to get a little more and then the same issue.

Does not fit UK glue bottles, have tried on 3 from different shops so all bottles seem to be a standard size, that does not match the size of this product. Shame as the cap seems great, should work in principle, but cannot confirm if it works or not. Price was fine if it worked on UK glue bottles I would consider it good value.

The first time a student used it, he pressed down and the glue flowed out and kept flowing. I thought, well that won't work. Well since that time, it has worked wonderfully. My little preschoolers are getting the idea of just how much glue they really need. We can let them use it themselves without working they will use half the bottle. The best part, it doesn't clog. It seems with the regular cap, I was unclogging bottle every time we used them- we use them almost everyday. Even with glue on top, it does not clog. Worth it just for that. Thank you for making my life just a bit easier.
