I received one set of 30 hooks (ordered 2 sets). 20 were in original packaging. 8 were in a cut open bag. 2 were in a small ziplock.I'm sure the hooks will work great. They look new.

The ad for the tarp hooks specified 30 pieces at a cost of $28.48. This translates to a cost of 95 cents per item as stated in the ad. I received a package containing only 10 items instead of the 30 pieces specified.That means the individual hooks were $2.85 apiece, three times higher than the stated cost.

In the “About this item” section it statesQuantity of (30): 2" Zinc Plated Tarp Or Rope HooksI order this item twice because I thought it was just a simple error when I only received ONE (1) hook in my first order. I returned the one hook and placed a second order only to receive ONE (1) hook again, this time in my second order.

Be sure to mount w/flathead screws so you don't hit your knuckles when looping the rope.
