I mean it says it’s thin in the product description, but it’s really thin. It’s less than a millimetre. Feels really soft, but I’ll have to at least double it for my project.

This light weight cotton batting worked perfectly in my latest quilt. I've been using a light weight polyester batting to avoid excessive weight in my quilts, but prefer the feel of cotton. This suits my needs perfectly. Be sure to remove from packaging a day or two in advance to allow the batting to relax and air prior to quilting. I quilt in a warmer climate and do not need the extra heft of regular cotton batting.

The wadding is very thin and not really suitable for quilt inners. In comparison to Hobbs', the wadding is very poor quality. Also, there's a bit of a stink off it!

This is horrible batting. I should have read the reviews. It tears easily and is very thin. I had to double it for use in a quilt.

I loved the batting but whoever delivered it placed it so the wind blew it by my fence where a critter got in and made a nest

Hab das Teil vor Gebrauch einmal im Wollwaschgang gewaschen. Es kam zerrissen und löchrig aus der Maschine. Gott sei Dank noch nicht als Vlies eingenäht.Wenn es möglich gewesen wäre, hätte ich keinen Stern vergeben.
