Accuracy = 5 starsEasy to Read = 5 starsEasy to Use = 5 starsHowever, I give it four stars because as a grill cook trying to get through a busy shift at a popular steakhouse, speed in essential. This thermometer kind of crawls through the dial. It takes a while so I use all four thermometers that I bought from the seller to temp 10 to 20 steaks any given time. It's not bad most times, but when we get slammed, it's burdensome.
