Ordered two of these in the 15 inch size, both have defective valves. My husband tried to inflate them with our large air compressor, this failed. I took them to our maintenance department , I work for the fire department , they couldn't get them to inflate. I have to think they had been previously returned and sent back out without testing them. Very frustrating. Tried to find a phone number for customer support, there appears not be one. I now must drive 40 miles to return them to UPS. I really think this could have been avoided.
