The very best! These are high quality mooring buoys. The blue stripe is easily seen at night while using docking lights. Expect to get years of service from this product. Purchased 5 of them. All were assembled properly and have worked out as expected. No downside whatsoever.

Solid buoy, if not pricey. The bottom shackle could be a touch bigger, getting two pendant lines and the safety chain and the anchor chain attached makes for a crowded connection point. Been in the water, holding strong for a couple months now, no real complaints with performance or durability.

Bought this buoy "used" from Amazon for less than half the regular price. It was noted as being in "very good" condition. It arrived in the original box which appeared to have been opened but was unused. I used a 12" version previously and it lasted about 8-10 years. I expect this one to do the same. It is a good quality product (which is why I considered taking a chance on a used one). Am obviously pleased with the purchase.
