Had to do some grinding to get them to fit in the slots, other than that they work well. Too much work to recommend them.

These tee nuts seem to be well made however they do not fit into a standard T slot. The vertical threaded part is too fat to fit in a standard slot. I have tried them T tracks sold by rockler and Kregg, also in a slot cut with a router bit from MCLS it will not fit into any of the slots, so they are not usable for their intended purpose.

Used the T nut to fix a pocket door and connect it back to the track slider. One of the T nuts holding the door to the track fell off and could not locate it between the wall that the door slides into. These worked perfect even though I only needed 1 for the repair. I could not find them locally.
