This makes tea that tastes a little sweet, with no sweetener. The tea bags should be steeped longer than tea leaves. To make iced tea, steep the tea bags in three small pots of hot water, one after the other, to fully extract the flavor (5 bags per half gallon).

I love this tea, but when I ordered it, I was sent a different flavor. After going through the refund process, I see on line, that the Tazo sweet cinnamon spice herbal tea might be discontinued? Is this true? Is it discontinued?
