I bought this dispenser in December and wrote a great review because it worked perfectly. 9 months later I woke up this morning to a flooded floor. At first it started making a humming noise when it was heating the water, didn't think much of it. The drip drip leak is coming from the hot water spigot which was running all night long.

I bought one and one day the just stopped working it overheated and stopped working so I bought another one and had a bit delivered on June 10. I woke up to a fire in my house last night because the darn thing overheated fire thank God it woke us up in time.

I love this. So much easier to use than old top pump. Nice having cold and hot water. Compact and doesn’t take up a lot of room.

I love this little water heater.❤️ Only problem is I can only use a gallon jug. Not the water heaters problem. 3 gallons too heavy for me.

This little cooler is ok that said my water was not cold it like room temperature and the taste of the water I did not like I had to buy something better this little cooler might work for someone else not for me thanks
