had a "mishap" on the freeway in mid December, as a result, had to replace saddle bag lids. Couldn't find the jade green that I was replacing, so black will do. They had good padding in the box, do damage from shipping.

Easy install, looks good when they are not rusted but they will eventually start rusting on you. I’m sure you can clean them up and spray them to look new.

Put these on my 2016 Road Glide. Was a direct change over from factory lids. Wiring was easy and the speakers sound decent. Hooked them up into my system with a small amp and they scream for cheap speakers. For the price the finish is great, nice and vivid black. Don't mind the missing tab on the underside of the lid that holds the mounting hardware. When you install you will see. Don't worry about the thickness compared to factory lids, they are just the same and the seal is the same as well.

It doesnt fit well, corners sticking out, the screen is only half attached to the rim, there are plastic burrs sticking out from the mold, and a couple screw holes are too long. I'm going to paint my stock ones and send these back. Unless you want to modify them, and attach the screens yourself, and file down the burrs and screw holes etc....it's still a maybe if they will line up good enough not to stick up on a corner etc. Also doesn't fit the lids. Hangs off the side and mount is broken. They want me to pay to send it back instead of standing behind the product. These are inexcusably bad.

I have not tested the speakers yet, but i opened my package to check if everything was inside and not broken. Items are well protected, the paint is mint and perfect, no default on the lids.

Paint was great no major blemishes or defects. Speaker basket was too small so I had to remove it completely. Some hardware holes have to be drilled out and the lever hole was off completely so it was impossible to tighten lever without modification. Came with lid covers so that's good. Shipped out of Rancho cucamonga so the lids arrived in a couple of day as I'm in vegas. All in all good lids, great bang for your buck compared to Harley's.
