I've had this bag for years. I don't know why I'm only just now getting around to writing a review for it but let me tell you- it's perfect. It's the perfect size for toting small projects, it's well made so it can stand up to having larger bulky items in it without trouble. i usually have my entire project in it, spare yarn and a yarn bowl with my needles in it and it's done brilliantly. one of the best bags i own.

It's super cute and holds all my knitting accessories for one project. There are pockets inside and out for storage. I get complements on it all the time. I enjoy having a bag dedicated to whatever I'm working on, and have everything I need organized in the bag.

Having recently gotten back in to knitting I am on the go a lot... This bag is perfection. The pattern is beautiful and it is made out of a strong canvas material. It has 2 pockets inside for notions and a zip pocket outside. It can easily store what is needed for a project though I would say it wouldn't support much more than one jumbo skein of yarn. Perfect for being on the go.If you are looking for something to travel with for small to medium projects ( I knitted a toddler sweater) look no further. If you are looking to bring your whole yarn stash or are knitting a full coat you may want to look a little larger.

This canvas bag is a heavy-duty bag that has quite a lot of room for your knitting or crocheting projects. I bought this as a gift for my sister-in-law to hold the yarn that I bought her for a new project. I was quite happy with it. The design is cute and the colours are good. I liked that it has two grommets on each side of the bag so that you can thread your yarn through in order to use it without taking your yarn out of the bag.

This bag is made from good fabric, nice and strong, two good sized pockets inside for accessories.Simple design but very handy to carry my knitting in, light but sturdy. Eyelets either end for threading your yarn through if you wish. Large zippered pocket on the outside could carry needles etc.Could be used for anything but I find it very convenient for my knitting, the style I bought is the large which is a generous size.

I just got to use my bag in the wild for the first time and I really like it.The inner fabric lining is soft against my bare arm and my yarn (no snags!). The outer canvas is pretty, it's as pictured, and feels sturdy enough to survive being taken from home to car to work/restaurant/life and back again. The front zippered pocket is deep and wide enough that the little bag that I always kept my knitting notions in fits in just great and I'm able to put in a knitting pattern printed on Letter size paper (folded in half) for reference - more than one if I had a few projects in the bag at a time, really. The interior has two deep pockets made of the interior fabric. They are open at the top and great for holding a skein of yarn or your phone & keys in one side away from your yarn if you just wanted to use this as a semi-sub for a purse.(If you're used to carrying a small purse with only a handful of items, you really could probably keep everything you wanted in one of those pockets and use this as your everyday bag. But keep in mind that it's meant to be carried on your forearm and not your shoulder. Most of us aren't used to carrying our purses that way, so that might be a deciding factor if you were considering this as a replacement for everything bag.)In addition to the two side pockets, the whole interior is open. There is a significant amount of space. You could carry several one skein projects or a project that was working a few skeins at once. Even a project that was becoming sizable could still probably fit within the bag while you were working on it. (within reason)I also cross-stitch and bought this bag in part to be able to fit my embroidery hoops inside. I'm looking forward to trying some public cross-stitching with this bag on my arm.The forearm carry style made it super easy to knit while standing in line to get coffee and pastries this morning! The project I'm working on now was begun before I ordered the bag, so I didn't get to start my yarn through the grommets, but I'm looking forward to trying that next time. They seem large enough to accept bulky weighted yarn without issue and of good quality that won't snag, but as I said, I haven't gotten to use them in a project yet.Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase!

I like the size of the large for scarves or shawl projects. The outer zippered pocket is a considerable size as well. The two internal pockets are good as well. However, it is flat--the bottom of it does not expand to accommodate yarn balls and sit flat on a surface, so it will be bulky and your yarn will bulge a bit and it will tip over. The handle gets in the way of a quick retrieval of some item in you bag. I haven't used it with the yarn coming out of the grommet holes but I think it would work well. I like it: nIce fabric, nice seaming and pockets, the zipper is smooth the size is good for medium sized objects. I also have the small size which is good for sock projects or other tiny things. I think these are good value for the price. Definitely a useful item.

This is a very well made bag. I knit socks and it will be perfect for that. I bought the small one and it's pretty big, am guessing that it will hold at least 3 pairs of socks on needles and their yarn!Took me a moment or two to figure out what the grommets were for, but that's pretty cool. BUT only if you intend to keep your yarn in this bag for the entire project, otherwise you'll have to cut your yarn to get the yarn and the project out of the bag!The fabric used to make the bag is very substantial, the stitching is well done and sturdy. I got the sheep and they are very cute. The zipper on the outside of the bag is a very nice one and the outside pocket is huge! There are two non-zip pockets on the inside. While I'm not crazy about the pattern on the inside lining, the lining fabric is soft and should be gentle on the arm if the bag is carried over the forearm..This is an excellent product for the price, I would highly recommend it!
