Tecnifibre Black Code is Tecnifibre's first geometric string offering durability and increased spin. Utilizing a co-polyester core, this string possesses excellent durability with greatly enhanced tension maintenance and feel. Black Code 16 features a pentagonal profile, helpful for generating more spin as the string bites into the ball better. The string uses Tecnifibre's exclusive ThermoCore technology which serves two primary purposes. String to string friction is greatly reduce, enhancing durability and further promoting spin and ease of stringing. The ThermoCore technology also gives the string greater flexibility for more power and a softer feel. An excellent choice from all areas of the court with enhanced spin, good power, and a softer feel.

Great strings, softer than some other poly strings on the market. Nice feel and can generate lots of spin.

I go through strings pretty quickly. I liked this poly fine, but I thought it would last longer than a month.

Tecnifibre is widely known as a brand that produces excellent tennis strings, and Black Code is no exception. I'll keep this review short and to the point. I use a 2010 Wilson BLX 6.1 95 16X18 (before the white/red colored refresh), and strung this on a full bed at 53 lb.Pros:- Excellent ball pocketing- Very comfortable for a poly string- Noticeably increased spin on shotsCons:- Once the texture wears down, one of the main features of the string is gone. Spin noticeably decreases.- Easily broke while stringing during knot tie-offs. Thankfully, it was in an area I would've cut off after stringing anyway.Note:- Tension maintenance is average. It lasted for about 8 hours before I felt any drop in ball control.I recommend this string to those who seek spin and control on their shots. There isn't an exceptional amount of feel. But then again, it's still pretty good for a poly. I've also never broken this string before it became unusable in matches, so it's fairly durable.
