The articles looked soft and of decent quality, but they mailed these to me loose in a mail bag. No tags or labels. I wasn't going to inspect them for signs of being used as they are underwear but that is a gross way to send products to customers. No way to distinguish new from used products. Returned. As usual, a replacement isn't possible because the product is now more expensive. Likely only discounted as a way to get rid of used products, a disgusting business practice.
