I was able to replace a couple of my old lower quality eyepieces with this and a quality Barlow. The field of view ended up being effectively greater than that of my previous lowest power 40mm.

I've used this eyepiece a number of time now on star parties, and I am extremely pleased with its performance. It's a good match with my 12" Dob. TeleVue Naglers are pretty much top of the line. If you really want to see the faint fuzzies, you need the best quality optics! Anything else is a waste of time and money.
