Your cart is empty.This Square D Pumptrol 9013FHG59J52M1X air-compressor pressure switch controls an electrically driven air compressor in a power circuit when the adjustable threshold upon falling is reached and is set to turn off at 125 psi. The switch has a 1/4" NPT external fluid connection and is suitable for use with a higher-horsepower motor with 2 hp or greater. The non-adjustable differential is 40 psi, and the adjustable cut-out range is 100-200 psi. The switch is diaphragm actuated and has a fixed differential. The threshold, or setting point, upon rising adjusts with a screw nut. The switch has screw terminal electrical connections, and two 2-pole NC contacts open on rising pressure. The enclosure is National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) Type 1 and Ingress Protection (IP) 20 rated. The switch is Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Listed and Canadian Standards Organization (CSA) certified. This switch includes a 2-way pressure release valve. The maintained manual cut-out lever has auto and off positions. Square D Pumptrol pressure switches are manufactured by Schneider Electric.

Quality pressure switch for my air compressor. On/Off lever could be a bit heavier, but it is functional.

Don’t misread the description like I did and think this is to 2HP and greater motors. At 240V it’s only rated for 3HP. I feel the wording in the description is misleading. Hopefully the picture I’ve attached clears up for everyone what this switch is rated for. I also don’t care for the on/off switch design. It seems to hang up sometimes and leave the contacts mated.

My compressor is about 50 years old and came out of an old gas station. The pressure switch was worn out and would leak air. This switch bolted right in and works great. You can never go wrong when using Square D.

Starting malfunctioning after only a month of use! The contacts inside would stick closed which makes my compressor just keep making air to the point it blows the relief valves and just keeps on running until I manually cut it off.Not satisified at all I do not recommend

I bought this pressure switch to replace a defective OEM switch on a 240V 3Hp Twin Cylinder vertical compressor. This switch was a breeze to install and adjust. I especially like the ability to replace the contacts, if they should ever need replacing, instead of replacing the entire switch. I highly recommend this product.

This item arrived a little late, but (ok).I havent actually installed it yet. It is a quality replacement part. it is exactly the same as the original.Square D is known for their standard of excellence. This part works on single and 2 stage compressors.I would expect this Square D product to work like any other product ive purchased from them in my lifetime.I would definately recommend this seller and this part.Ive been a mechanic for 45 years

Easy install and works great ! I recently bought a Sears contractor series compressor that turned out to be a huge disappointment.While still under warranty they had to replace the pump and pressure switch ( both made in China ). The new pressure switch failed again after a few weeks resulting in the compressor running until it kicked out the 220v breaker causing more than just an irritation and more repairs but a very real fire or explosion hazard. A compressor repair shop told me the Square D brand was very well made and was their pressure switch of choice. I compared the Square D switch to the original Sears switch and the difference in build quality was very obvious.
