This kit comes well stocked with lots of stuff you might need in a first aid situation all packaged in a ready to go bag. Overall the materials are not brand name quality, but they will do in a pinch if dealing with minor bumps and bruises out in the world. The bag is very nice and I especially appreciate that each part of it is clearly labeled. This bag now lives in my trunk and is ready for all those situations where you need some first aid.

Well organized first aid kit - like the labeled sections to easily find what you need. It is tightly packed in - I think this is best for a family at home or a car rather than a shared kit (in an office for example) as I suspect this kit would quickly become disorganized as people don't put things back in their tightly stuffed pockets. The components seem ok - not excellent quality, but usable for immediate first aid. For example, trying the adhesive bandages, they were fine - I just didn't like them as much as a brand name bandage in terms of how they felt or how will they adhered.

I’m extremely impressed with this first aid kit. It’s amazing they fit so many items in this one bag. The bag is very well made and durable. My son was impressed that it fits onto a Molle panel, which he has in his off road vehicle, so he’s asked for this kit and I’m going to order another to keep in my car. I like that it has an extra cross body strap that can be attached to it.When it’s fully open, it folds out into three very well organized and labeled compartments. There is also a pamphlet listing all the contents and a decent overview on basic first aid procedures.A first aid kit like this is a perfect gift idea and would be ideal for sending off to college with a student, to keep in a classroom or office, for home use, camping, and of course, perfect for in the car or an RV.The only thing I added to this one for my son’s use, was a small bottle of ibuprofen. It’s understandable that it doesn’t already come with it inside since it’s an item that can expire quickly.I give this two thumbs up.

This is a superb emergency first aid kit. The TELIAO premium 430 piece emergency first aid kit is a must have for all homes. The bag itself is well made, and has multiple ways to hold/carry it. There is a sturdy handle atop the bag, and it also includes a strap that you can use to carry the bag on the shoulder or affix it to the back of the bag to use as a belt-style bag or attach to another bag. When you open the bag, there are separate compartments similar to an over-the-door travel bag for the bathroom. Within each separate compartment, the types of aid are labeled making it easy to find exactly what you need. I am so impressed with how organized this bag is, and how many items are included. After receiving this bag, my initial thought was how every member of my family needed one of these. This emergency first aid kit receives five stars from me, and I will be buying several more of these for family.

I've gotten a lot of first aid kits that turned out to just be a bunch of bandaids and maybe some alcohol wipes. This kit has, happily, way more than that. There are a couple plastic ampoules of normal saline, a bunch of wound dressings, a sling, a chemical cold pack, some eyepatches, cooling patches for headache, a face shield for CPR, exam gloves, moleskine, medical tape, tweezers, scissors, and a brief instructional booklet, among other things. There's also a (haunted) compass, an emergency whistle, and a space blanket. It's not the most comprehensive first aid kit in the world, but it's definitely the most comprehensive pre-packed first aid kit I've encountered. The inclusion of dental floss picks, rather than a roll of floss (which has uses other than flossing teeth...) is very weird to me. Also, one glaring absence is basic medications like aspirin, benadryl, and neosporin. Perhaps the makers didn't want to include anything that would expire? but it's not like antiseptic gel or NSAIDs become dangerous when expired, they just lose efficacy. So I'm perplexed why they weren't included. The bag is made of tough canvas and includes a carry strap. I also like that it has organized, labelled, clear compartments inside, which fold out, so there's no lack of storage space.Overall I would consider this an "intermediate" first aid kit - better than a basic one (ie. most) but not advanced enough for serious emergencies. You may want to supplement it with the missing medicines before you put it into service.
