Felt very cheap. My old one is starting to get worn down and is a similar design so I thought this would be a good replacement, but the accuracy is not there and the whole device just felt very flimsy and cheap.

Seems relatively accurate. Every once in awhile I get a reading that seems wildly off (and have confirmed the discrepancy with my backup thermometer). Still, I generally prefer this thermometer due to the quick readings.

Push the on/off button on the face of the device, will show a little face, to show you were to apply the thermometer to forehead, wait for the beep, your done!

To use this you hold it in place on the temple. This is much easier to do correctly than the forehead swipe that some thermometers require. It has been very accurate for my 3-year-old and for adults, but not very accurate for my baby.

As a home health nurse, I depend on my equipment to work quickly and efficiently. This thermometer has been nothing but frustration. It almost always reads in the 97 to 97.1 degree range, which has proved embarrassing when compared with a patient's own thermometer reading 99.8 degrees. It often takes over 10 seconds to give me a reading, and over 50% of the time I use it, it gives me an error message. I would not recommend this thermometer for anyone, and I have already contacted amazon for a refund, and will be purchasing another brand.
