The SnappyWrist training aid makes a snapping sound when the wrist is laid back to form a proper 90 degree angle with the forearm which is critical to develop effortless power and reduce the chance of tennis elbow injury.
FOREHANDS and BACKHANDS: All tennis pros achieve one common body position, which is the secret to hitting powerfully, yet effortlessly. As the player turns the body to start the forward swing, the arm goes forward, but the racket head actually goes back to form a 90 degree angle with the forearm (racket lag). It is this 90 degree laid back position that is so critical in hitting powerful forehands and backhands. When the wrist is laid back, the SnappyWrist training aid will “snap” to let you know that you have achieved the proper 90 degree angle. If you try to flick your wrist in an improper swing motion, our product will let you know instantly from the “unsnapping” sound when you improperly "flick" the wrist. VOLLEYS AND SLICES: The secret to the pros' volleys is that the racket is locked relative to the arm at nearly 90 degrees and they maintain that locked L-position throughout the swing. By contrast, many amateur players erroneously try to break or flick their wrist in trying to generate power and under-spin. Our training aid will help you feel the “snapped” L-position throughout the swing. If you try to flick the wrist, our volley training aid will let you know instantly from the “unsnapping” sound. Same principles apply to backhand and forehand slices. VIDEO: Search for "snappywrist" in YouTube for demonstration. I like the product because it helps me to stop thinking about my wrist position and to focus on other aspects of the tennis stroke. The click sound is like a turn on switch for me and from that point on I know my wrist is in the correct position. It adds an auditory dimension to my tennis stroke learning process.

Great training aid for those that have issues in "slapping" their rackets. I play Pickleball and have a tendency to "slap" at the ball due to me bending my wrist too much. I put this on my wrist and it helps me focus on keeping my wrist straight and gives me more control to hit accurate shots.

Amazing for serving, teaching kids/beginners and intermediate players to not waiter tray the serve is usually pretty difficult as they can’t see when they do it wrong, this helps them know and create proper muscle memory, my clients and I loved it and I ordered more

I'm not sold on this yet. It definitely works and is comfortable to wear, but the clicking is loud and distracting to my partner and opponents. Therefore, I have rarely used it. If I took private lessons, had a ball machine to practice with, or if the training aid itself was quieter, I would use it more.
