The steel pole tenon adapter allows you to convert the top of a 4 inch square pole into a 2-3/8 inch tenon, regardless of the gauge and material of the pole.

Powder coat finish is good and looks durable. The bracket is thick and robust and seems well made overall. This is made for square posts to adapt the square lamp post to the slip fitter round mount.

The pictures make it look like it is black but it is definitely bronze. I know the title says bronze but I guess the pictures and review pictures fooled me.I also miss understood the measurements given. They measured from the outside not the inside. If the measurements were from the inside of the box part it would fit perfectly. It looks great and is very strong and would have worked great if it fit.I am not sure what this is meant to be for but I was trying to put this on my post so I can put a pole in it to string lights from it.

Had to sent the product to be welded properly as the round portion was barely secured and slightly crooked. Would not buy again. Had to fix this one due to time constraints.
