La cámara es excelente. El servicio de primera. Tengo ya seis meses con la cámara, la usamos en mi iglesia para transmitir los servicios y vamos a seguir comprando otras cámaras Tenveo. Hace dos domingos tuvimos un problema porque no estaba mostrando video y me comuniqué con servicio al cliente y me respondieron de inmediato. El problema se pudo resolver al poco tiempo. Muy feliz con el producto y con el servicio.

Très satisfait! Fonctionnalité parfaite pour mettre en milieu de table et avoir chacune des personnes en plan plus ou moins large avec son grand angle sur l'optique x3. Impeccable pour enregistrer un podcast ou une visioconférence (j'ai une autre PTZ x10 et sur le plan le plus large les personnes à 1,2m sont en mode portrait). Grâce à la télécommande on peut programmer jusqu'à 10 vues (Attention, l'accoupler avec une commande joystick nécessite du matériel compatible et manifestement pas plug and play). On peut programmer jusqu'à 4 PTZ dans le menu interne de celles ci pour en utiliser plusieurs avec une télécommande. Elle se branche comme une webcam directement sur PC avec un câble USB spécial fourni, ou plus interessant, une sortie HDMI qui me permet de la mettre en entrée d'une table de mixage video ATEM BLACK MAGIC. Une des rares caméra à prix compétitif avec, une sortie HDMI, une image de qualité, autofocus réactif, réglage possible des balances, et retournement d'image. La seule chose que je pourrais reprocher sur cette PTZ x3 est une légère déformation de l'image quand on est en angle large maximum (déformation qui n'existe pas dans la x10)

Di seguito proverò a riportarti la mia esperienza veritiera e disinteressata con l'articolo in questione che attualmente è venduto al costo di 549€ ed arriva nella sua confezione brandizzata......sperando, così, di riuscire a darti la possibilità di prendere una decisione più oculata in merito ad un eventuale acquisto; fermo restando che, pur provando ad essere il più possibile oggettivo, sarà sempre un mio parere soggettivo.All'interno troviamo:- 1 Telecamera PTZ modello VHD612A + copriobiettivo- 1 Telecomando- 1 Cavo USB 3.0 Type B- 1 Alimentatore a muro con spina a due poli in stile europea.- 1 Staffa per il muro con viti e tasselli- 1 Manuale utenteLa prima impressione è stata positiva, in quanto appare ben realizzata e robusta. Dal design elegante, compatto e raffinato, questa telecamera ha sul posteriore le seguenti porte: DC-12V (per l'alimentatore), RS485, RS232 IN, RS232 OUT, USB 3.0 Type B, HDMI, SDI, LINE IN, LINE OUT, RJ45; sul frontale sono posti due led (uno di stato ed uno per lo standby); mentre sul fondo troviamo i gommini antiscivolo ed al centro un foro filettato per treppiede.Facile da posizionare sia su un tavolo che su un treppiede ma, in caso di necessità può essere montata anche su una parete o sul soffitto per via della staffa in dotazione... ...questa telecamera è definita "PTZ", acronimo di PAN (movimento orizzontale da 360°), TILT (movimento verticale da 180°) e ZOOM (controllo focale dell'obiettivo), e può essere comandata a distanza attraverso 3 metodi di controllo: "IR remote" (telecomando in dotazione), "FHD Video Camera" (controller PTZ con Joystick) e "Applicativi Web" (Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Youtube, GoToWebinar, ecc).Riguardo le caratteristiche intrinseche, abbiamo una risoluzione video FHD fino a 1080P 60FPS, un obiettivo grandangolare da 77.5°, uno zoom ottico da 12X ed uno digitale da 8X. The picture quality is amazing; the instructions for usage is a different story. Besides from being too small to read, the instructions for use needs to be expanded on. As for tech support…amazing!

I met with the team from the company that manufactures this camera at N.A.B. Las Vegas. Good folks... Here is the rundown.1. White balance is spot on. Easy to set and match up with Sony Z280 and other cameras. blues and purples were easy matches and even greens..2. Shapness is great. This unit is so sharp you need to dial it down.3. Skin tones and image quality matched broadcast cameras greatly.4. PTZ settings are great. 192.168.100.206.... GUI in and control everything. no headaches..5. Quality is outstanding.6. Noise reduction settings are beyond belief..trust me when I say this as a broadcast engineer.7. CON. the image quality while panning is somewhat jerky..Zooming is fine.7a. CON. no 23.98 setting or 24p8. Quality in low light is outstanding. YES this kicks ass in low light.Great product for the price. I have used other brands and was not happy with the security camera look...This camera is broadcast quality.JQUADMEDIA Tallahassee.NO body paid me to say this or review.

We just installed the device few days ago before the Sunday service for our church. And it worked perfectly. The video quality is very good and it works nice with our controller device. We are looking forward to see all the results with our new device. It even worked better because we installed two of them.

Hey so bought a couple of these for testing and sending onwards to a customer.First pictures are amazing for the price of the camera - and the auto tracking is on point.The definitely punch above their weight ...However, they seem to be 30p 60p Native, and when switched to output 25p 50p that we typically run in our part of the world, they seem to do an in camera conversion from 30/60 to 25/50 causing stepping artefacts. So word to the world, if you are intending to use them in 25/50p mode you might be disappointed with the results.Other than that if you are running them in 30/60p then you won't be disappointed for the price!
